After the events of the revolutions in 1989-1990, the collection was definitively organised and its creators were thinking about its next fate. They were aware of the fact that it was fully and comprehensively documenting the important period of the November Revolution at the Faculty of Arts, UJEP (since 1990 Masaryk University), and in the city of Brno. The supporters of many cultural institutions were also conscious of this, as the creators of the collection began receiving suggestions for its donation to one of the museums or archives. Finally, they decided to dedicate it to the Archive of Masaryk University, which, in their opinion, also due to the complex content, was the best one.
