The book “Pracownia Dziekanka 1976-1987” was published in 1990 by the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. The publication was prepared and endorsed by Tomasz Sikorski, co-director of Dziekanka in the years 1979-1987. The book included an essay by Joanna Paszkiewicz-Jägers, a calendar and a catalog of works and artistic events between 1979-1987 with the commentaries and explanations of the creators themselves, including Wojciech Krukowski, Zygmunt Piotrowski, Petr Štembery, Zbigniew Warpechowski, Boudewijn Payens, Ewa Partum, Ryszard Grzyb, Piotr Rypson, Anna Ciba, Włodzimierz Pawlak, Dick Higgins and Jerzy Beres. Photos and events descriptions were transferred to the blog Pracownia Dziekanka 1976-1987 in the years 2014-2015.
Pracownia Dziekanka was the first book about the Dziekanka phenomenon, created almost immediately after the closing of the discussed period the history of this place. It was until 2017 that the “Dziekanka artystyczna” album was released. It covered this subject in an equally broad and scrupulous subject, additionally broadening the time frame.
