Olivija Fištrović decided to donate a part of her library to the Fran Galović Library and Reading Room in Koprivnica in 2001. She made this decision after staying in Croatia and visiting the City of Koprivnica and the Fran Galović Library and Reading Room in Koprivnica. Already in the following year the first package of books came to the Library by ship. Most of the books arrived in the subsequent year and continued to arrive in smaller quantities until 2005. Olivija Fištrović took assumed entire administrative, logistical and financial side of transporting the books.
