Nico Raschicks documentary, Here We Come (Germany, 88 minutes) concerning hip hoppers in the GDR utilized materials from the private collection of Heiko Hahnewald. The film’s tagline from the production company is: "Breakdance is their homeland, hip hop is their life. Despite the everyday rigors of socialism, police surveillance and questions of loyalty to the state, they went their own way."
