The disorganisation of the archive was a long process. It started with Artists' Priesthood’s moving to its newly renovated and consecrated church in Warsaw in 1999. Unfortunately, the building had suffered from a fire in 2008 and the archive had to be moved. The final cause of its disorganisation came with the retirement of Fr. Niewegłowski's (its main creator and operator). Some of the archive’s content was taken with him to his home in Zbuczyn and some was dispersed among Priesthood's sympathizers, who still keep the collections in their homes.
