"Forma" festival took place in different places in Warsaw city space in December 2015 and it concentrated on Wojciech Zamecznik's artwork as a source of inspiration for young contemporary artists. The festival consisted of exhibitions, workshops, performative readings of screenplays, and various activities - all linked to Zamecznik's artwork from the 1950s and the 1960s. The festival aimed at showing the maturity of Polish contemporary art even under socialist doctrine of art, and the the variety of means of graphic expression, such as Zamecznik and his different strategies to remain truthful to his vocation as an artist.
