Exhibition 'Me mõtted on priid - TÜ Ajalooring 60' [Thoughts are free - Circle of History of the UT 60] in 2006
In 2006, an exhibition to mark the 60th birthday of the society took place in the University History Museum. The name of this exhibition, 'Me mõtted on priid' (Thoughts are Free), was a reference to the unofficial anthem of history students at the University of Tartu. The song reflects the free and open-minded spirit of the Circle of History Students. Even during the Soviet era, it was impossible to control what people were thinking, and the society provided an opportunity to express ideas more freely. Various materials from the archive of the Circle of History Students were shown in the exhibition.
